We're confident you'll love screenurl. If you're not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no questions asked.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase
  • It is your first time requesting a refund for this product
  • Your account has not been terminated due to Terms of Service violations

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to hello@automata.army
  2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
  3. Provide your account email address
  4. Optionally, tell us why you're requesting a refund (helps us improve)

We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

3. What Happens After a Refund

Once your refund is processed:

  • Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
  • Your account will be downgraded to the Free tier
  • You'll retain access to your account with 100 screenshots/month
  • Any unused screenshots from your paid plan will not carry over

4. Subscription Renewals

Our subscriptions renew automatically. We send reminder emails before each renewal. If you wish to cancel:

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged
  • You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by contacting support
  • After cancellation, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period

5. Exceptions

Refunds may NOT be granted in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
  • Second or subsequent refund requests (one refund per customer)
  • Accounts terminated for abuse or Terms of Service violations
  • Partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations (cancel to avoid future charges instead)

6. Free Tier

The Free tier is always available at no cost. No refund is applicable for the Free tier as there are no charges.

7. Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact us to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks result in fees for us and may result in your account being suspended.

If you have a legitimate concern, we're happy to work with you to find a solution.

8. Payment Processor

All payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy. Refunds are subject to LemonSqueezy's processing times and policies. In most cases, refunds appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
